Why Do Attendees Have to Pay to Attend?

The cost of putting on a conference still applies to a virtual conference like it does for an in-person conference. Instead of paying for things like meeting space and food, Capstone incurs the cost of the conference through expenses such as the keynote speaker, virtual meeting platform, virtual technicians and other related expenses. While Capstone does cover the majority of these costs, we ask that you pay a nominal fee to assist with the expense.

In return for your investment, you will receive training in the form of eight training sessions, real-world examples of dataPARC in use, updates from dataPARC’s various departments such as development, engineering and support and timely and relevant information from our Keynote speaker. In addition, you will have the opportunity to network and connect with other users both before, during and after the conference. Attendees will also be able to view the sessions after the conference is over.
