Lead Generation Specialist - dataPARC


GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role driving new sales for the dataPARC organization.  The role is a strategic part to growing the Sales organization and will focus on inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.  An overview of the role is to engage and qualify leads by distilling and delivering the dataPARC value proposition, articulating our product capabilities to prospects.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Marketing group to contact and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)
  • Dive into outreach emails and phone calls, gathering information and setting appointments
  • Research potential clients and find the best way to connect with them
  • Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads, continuously building the pipeline
  • Leverage your interest and aptitude in technology to learn the value of our product and effectively educate potential clients about its strengths.
  • Help out with special projects as they arise
  • Work close with Marketing and our Outside Sales team
  • Prioritize routine work, respects schedule of others, flexible in response to changing environment.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
  • Participate in all training offered by Capstone as relevant to department or position

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in B2B Sales, Sales in Process Industries a plus

Senior Software Developer - dataPARC


GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Senior Software Developer works as part of an agile software development team and is a full-stack developer responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for use in manufacturing facilities. This position requires excellent organization and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently with little supervision. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is capable of creating quality software components for our customers.  


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
  • Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the agile software development life cycle
  • Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
  • Review and debug code
  • Perform validation and verification testing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
  • Document development phases and monitor systems
  • Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external customers demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and respect.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer

Software Support Specialist – Night Schedule - dataPARC


GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Software Support Specialist position develops customer satisfaction and loyalty by resolving a wide variety of customer issues and/or customer education inquiries. Must master and implement the dataPARC line of products. Must be skilled at troubleshooting Microsoft client/server software and network related issues. Works well with internal team as well as external organizations to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Must be able to proactively interact with department to identify and resolve customer focused issues. Must be self-motivated and able to absorb and share information to internal team as well as customer base.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interact directly with customers, vendors, and resellers via telephone and e-mail.
  • Create and manage cases and work to resolution.
  • Understand product functionality to drive customer-based solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong empathy for customer concerns.
  • Product testing and bug reporting. Work to create testing environments and simulations.
  • Provide customer training covering product line & customization options.
  • Detailed time tracking for internal and client billing and project management.
  • Ability to handle multiple client calls and e-mails, escalating when needed.
  • Work escalated issues & requests as assigned.
  • Proactively assist & mentor team members as needed.
  • Other specialized functions & projects as assigned.
  • Prioritizes routine work, respects schedule of others, flexible in response to changing environment.
