ABOUT dataPARC
At dataPARC, we don’t just make software — we help manufacturers make better decisions. With over 25 years of experience, we’ve built a reputation for delivering one of the most intuitive and powerful industrial analytics platforms available.
We’re a forward-thinking company, always looking for employees who bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to our space. If you’re dedicated to making a difference in manufacturing, we want to hear from you.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This is a senior leadership role combining personal sales contribution, regional team leadership, and partner and channel development. You will assume full EMEA regional leadership, managing an established and growing team while personally driving new business in your territory.
This is a player/coach role: individual sales, regional build-out, and team leadership carry equal weight. You will join a lean, high-performing organization where your decisions have direct and visible impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivery of the agreed work packages on the dataPARC side, on schedule and to the agreed scope
- Single point of contact for the customer’s project lead, and the working relationship at that level
- The monthly delivery report, the project and site rollout plan, and the risk and decision log
- Steering committees at project-lead and management level
- Sizing and directing the delivery team, including implementation partners
- Coordination with dataPARC development on open technical items and delivery dates
- Scope discipline: spotting where a request has grown past what was agreed, and having that conversation early rather than late
- Delivering the dataPARC training curriculum and enabling the customer’s own trainers, so they can sustain it internally
- Historian and asset model configuration
- Interface setup and data validation
- Display and report migration from the incumbent system
- Site commissioning and the initial support phase after each cut-over
- You will also be the route back into dataPARC for what the customer actually needs, feeding detailed requirements into product design and development
- Responsible for your own personal safety, the safety of the team, and those around you.
- Work in accordance with and enforce compliance with all BTG policies (ex: Safety, Code of Ethics, Commercial Policy, Security Policy and Export Compliance) to maintain BTG reputation and image.
