As a Marketing Campaign Manager at dataPARC, you will be responsible for driving our lead generation efforts through strategic, high-performing marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in campaign management, who can bring fresh ideas and experience to our team. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to develop campaigns that generate quality leads and support the company’s growth objectives.


  • Source and manage relationships with global media partners in various industry verticals, utilizing your experience in partner management and network building.
  • Plan and execute campaigns within budget.
  • Leverage digital platforms like social media, paid social, and paid search to amplify reach and generate leads from marketing assets such as blog posts, webinars, and whitepapers.
  • Utilize marketing automation software to nurture leads and increase opportunities from campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery of leads by partners and prompt lead follow-up by the sales team.
  • Provide the sales team with comprehensive campaign briefs and follow-up strategies.
  • Evaluate and report on key performance indicators, using your analytical skills to continually optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Participates in all training offered by Capstone as relevant to department or position
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external customers demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and respect.
  • Responsible for own personal safety, the safety of the team and those around you.
  • Work in accordance with and enforce compliance with all BTG/Capstone policies (ex: Safety, Code of Conduct, Commercial Policy, Security Policy and Export Compliance) to maintain BTG/Capstone reputation and image.

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of related job experience.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, lead generation, and using marketing automation software for lead nurturing.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing projects and partner relationships effectively.
